6:44 is literally the reason why I am sold on D/D. It plays all monster card types except ritual. And they are all in the archetype.

D/D/D was always really good, it's so non-linear it's impossible to truely disrupt optimally. I'm almost 90% sure that it wasn't high tier mainly because of the difficulty. One other thing the deck can do is shift it's gears, you can easily change to control mode under a pletora of floodgates.

It’s problem was using too specific cards or too many cards to combo, that singular problem got resolved with this support. Now I’m happy people are actually starting to recognize ddd for what it was, the og spam deck!

During master rule 4, D/D/D was very weak compared to now (1 extra deck summon per yurn without links) so it was really bad at the time.

@@TheMaxizinsane the only thing that made it serviceable was Electrumite at that time, but Whne it got banned the deck was hella bad. Master rule 5 saved this deck immensely.

He's obviously not mandatory for all combos, but you loose out on Kepler as easy material as you can't resummon it. In terms of resources that can cut your combo short quite a bit. I hope for a Brothers of Legend reprint, but we'll have to wait and see.

i know you can mix what ever you want into a deck and have fusion, synchro, xyz and link all in one. but d/d/d, for me. is like everything in yugioh in one deck. like they took every gimmick and mechanic and stuck them in a car compacter an out popped d/d/d. point is, i love this deck. its variety and complexity is always gonna rock.

I just got dusted with HFD, entire backrow exploded. I thought Genghis negated S/T in either player's turn.. I felt pretty vulerable, and on top of that you cant activate lvl 10 xyz monster effect anymore

The field spell has more utility for resource management than eternal, but eternal only requires full scales and does not require any of the same extra deck type to inhibit an opponent. So take what you will from that, it’s more of which are you trying to go for

Thanks Yacine for this combo video. You always have the craziest combos of all kinds of different decks. Favorite (and most watched) channel for me right now. However for this deck, I think I found partially even better combos in this 1 hour combo tutorial here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYOkh3SIbN-psLs They are from a dedicated D/D/D player. He often ends on even slightly better boards and has probably a more consistent deck with fewer bricks as far as I can tell. I've just begun to learn the deck.
