Ehh the hardest difficulty in oni is just making dupes consume a lot more resources, it's not really all that interesting gameplay-wise.

When dupes eat more per cycle it is actually harder to get that time-sensitive achievement. So in a way he makes it harder for himself.

The incubators only have to be powered while the duplicates are "Lullabying" them. If they already have the lullaby buff, powering the incubators does literally nothing.

You're probably not taking enough dupes, or you prefer forest to temperate. Temperate has so many hatches it's almost impossible to miss, and meat is a powerful food that you should go for anyway, so the achievement is basically automatic.

Also what do you mean by near subzero temperatures? The achievement is to cool a building to 6 Kelvin or lower, in Fahrenheit or Celsius subzero temperatures occur at different thresholds, but subzero in Kelvin temperatures makes no sense at all. If you could somehow get an object to exactly 0 Kelvin, its mater would disassociate completely, making a further reduction in energy impossible. That's what I like about the Kelvin system, its values don't care about pressure or the melting and boiling points of water, it is a measure of Brownian motion, and has no known exceptions in physics where it fails to predict this motion.
