I have my Virgo Moon Square Saturn in Sagittarius. I’m a loner and I don’t show much emotion. There was a time when I let myself breakdown and show some feelings, but I was disappointed and hurt by it so I sealed my feelings back up inside of me very tightly after that. There is an article that says the moon Square Saturn is like the Crab in the Iron Shell. We feel things very strongly but cannot express them openly until we feel it’s extremely safe to do so, but when we start to feel the slightest bit unsafe we crawl back into that iron shell to protect ourselves.

I have Moon-Saturn conjunct in Taurus. I am having a very hard time with Saturn in Scorpio opposing my moon. Anyway, my husband has Moon-Jupiter in Pisces. So, when i talk about responsabilities and practical stuff, he talks about to have fun, and when I talk to him about to face up in a realistic and practical way our problems, he just responds: You are depressing me!! What problems???!!! LOL. He just want to live as Peter Pan in his happy bubble. Good for him. That is so funny how we look for people who complement us in that weird things. Moved 13 times since 2014. Was comfortable monetarily, became broke having to rent furnished rooms in ppls homes. Ugh! I’m going to be 74 in a few months. Not how I visualized my golden years.

I have moon conjunct Saturn in Taurus and I have a fear of loss and being hurt, fear of rejection . I wish I knew how to remedy this, I have a very amazingly loving, stable and realistic partner who grounds me. But the issues still arise. Also with this aspect I have found problems with finding, creating and making my own home. Home is an area of karmic indebtedness and restriction. This is all so painfully true unfortunately. My moon is conjunct my Saturn in Sagittarius, and I pretty much hate people who I don't know or trust. I just don't want to make friends with people, I'm anti social until I'm really comfortable with someone, so dating and things like that are not easy to me. I'm also pessimistic and sometimes even take pleasure in others' misfortune especially when it happens to a person who is the opposite of me like if they're always happy go lucky, or very open with their emotions. I don't know if I should look for a guy who's moon is debilitated like mine so we can hate on people/the world together kinda, or if I should look for a guy who's moon is conjunct to Jupiter or something so he can negate some of my pessimism? I'm thinking the former, and not the latter there, but not sure. Thank you so much for this insight though Veerle. I have 2nd House aqua moon opposite 8Hsaturn Leo. I made more money than my husband, I worked 2 jobs to save money for the house. My mother in law divorced 3times and made money with her 2exes from spousal support and child support. The harsher side of the opposition between Saturn and the Moon will be brought into more balance by Jupiter. So you need both, you need Saturn: discipline, hard work,etc;..but you also need to open your mind and to see the bigger picture.

I only use the more known aspects like conjunction, square, trine, opposition and sextile. But you can see if it applies to you maybe to a lesser extent but still applicable.

Quincunx, semi-square, and sesquiquadrature are difficult aspects, but milder than a Moon-Saturn square, opposition, or conjunction. For Moon-Saturn aspects in synastry, trines are best, IMO, followed by sextiles.
