Hey Foodies, here's my Vegetarian Drums of Heaven Recipe... These crispy lollipops coated with a lipsmacking sauce is a great starter, made in restaurant style, without frying thanks to Philips Air Fryer!

Ingredients:
Gobi / Cauliflower - medium sized florets - 16
Water - to clean & boil
Salt - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Paprika - 2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Maida / Plain Flour - 5 tbsp
Corn Starch - 5 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup - 3-4 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt - to season
