Veggie Lasagna | Simple, Easy and Homemade 🏡 INGREDIENTS 1. For Lasagna Sheets All purpose flour - 1 cup Semolina - 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Water - as needed 2. For Béchamel sauce Butter - 2 tbsp Flour - 2 tbsp Milk - 2 cups Cheese - 2 slices Salt - 1/2 tsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp 3. For Chunky Tomato Sauce 🍅 Oil - 2 tsp Garlic - 6 Ginger - 2 inch Onion - 1 Tomato puree - 3 tomatoes Grated Paneer/Tofu - 1/2 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp Tomato Ketchup - 2 tsp Basil leaves and Coriander - to garnish Assemble the Lasagna in a square dish. Alternative layers of Red sauce, Lasagna Sheets, White Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese. Repeat the process until the top. At least put lots of Mozzarella Cheeze, more Coriander and Red Chilli Flakes.

Hi dear. You can makeshift an oven on your gas stove top. Place a Kadhai on the stove and add a handful of Salt and inside add a steel rack. Close the lid for about 5 minutes. Now place your baking dish on top of the rack and bake it until cheese melts. (25 to 30 minutes). It will be baked perfectly. Hope this clears your doubt. If you want, I can also make a video on this soon to show how it's done.

@@garykun3 Yes. Before I think you'll have to boil Store bought sheets till Al dente. Then later assemble the lasagna.
