FOR DOUGH:
All purpose flour= 150
Salt=1 pinch
water
FOR STUFFING:
Cabbage= 80 gm
Carrot= 40 gm
Zucchini= 40 gm
Broccoli= 40 gm
Cauliflower= 60 gm
Ginger= 1 tsp
Garlic=1 tsp
Coriander Leaves= 1tsp
Green Chilli= 1 tsp
Deggi Mirch= 1/ tsp
Cumin Powder= 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/ 3 tsp
Butter= 3 tbsp
Salt to Taste
FOR TANDOORI MARINATION:
Hang Curd= tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala= 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1tsp
Gram Flour= 1 tbsp (bhuna besan)
Mustard Oil= 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice=1 tbsp
Rock Salt= 1/3 tsp
Salt to Taste
