3 types of momos
Momo dough
Maida 2 cup
Oil 1 TSP
Momo filling
Chicken mince 1 cup
Chopped garlic 1 Tsp
Chopped ginger 1 TSP
Chopped green chillies 1 TSP
Chopped spring onion white part 1 tbsp
Salt 1 TSP
Black pepper 1 tsp
Dark soy.sauce 1 tsp
Ajinomoto 1 pinch
Chopped spring onion 1tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Tandoori marination 2 tbsp
Onion diced ½ cup
Capsicum diced ½ cup
Add oil in maida and water and knead a pliabale dough
Apply oil and rest the dough
Mix all the stuffing ingredients together and allow it to rest for 10 min
Divide the momo dough in equal portions and roll the neat circle
Fill the stuffing on individual wrapper 1st variety you can shape it like gujiya
2nd variety into triangles, the third one is like regular round the way we fold for parathas.
Heat oil and fry the triangle variety till crisp and steam the other two vairties.
Grease the steaming tray and steam the other two varieties.
Take out steamed momos from the steamer
Apply tandoori marination on round momos,
Oil and wipe the skewers and thread the momos and vegetables alternatively
Grill the momos on grilled or tandoor till evenly brown.
Skewer out the momos on the platter.
Serve all the momos with Schezwan chutney or Bhatt Maas ki chutney.
