Today we’re going to use Egg Replacement and vegan cheese to make Crispy Fried Bean Curd Sheet with Cheese. Try it!
Crispy Fried Bean Curd Sheet with Cheese (3 portions)
※ Reminder: in order to prevent the filling from not being cooked thoroughly, it is recommended to pan fry on low heat or to steam the filling first and cool before wrapping in bean curd sheets
1 Egg Replacement(equal 1 egg)
1 tbsp Bobs Red Mill Egg Replacer
2 tbsp water
Filling:
1 package firm tofu
½ a pack hundred layer tofu
20g ginger
50g shitake mushroom (approx 3)
20g peeled chilli peppers
1 tbsp soy sauce
a pinch of pepper
½ tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp five spices powder
1 tbsp potato starch
½ Egg Replacement
3 slices of vegan cheese
Wrapping:
3 bean curd sheets
