As I get ready to start preparing for another season of obstacle course races and road runs, this one came in handy. I am just realizing I might need to consider sunscreen for outdoor events and training. Never stop speaking on sunscreen. You can talk it into existence!! I will go with the products from down under. Thanks Dr Dray

Thanks fit Trucker! Good luck with the races! So happy the videos are helpful. Check out coolibar (www.coolibar.com/), as they have active wear with sun protection in the fabric. A little pricey, but if you are outdoors for a long time doing a race, it might be worth while to you for added protection. HOpe youare having a great day.

Great video. I also enjoy the shopping hauls (groceries, Amazon, Vitacost, everything). I am especially intrigued by the variety of spices that you incorporate into your cooking - up here in New England we (or at least I) tend to be bland; now I want to go Tex-Mex after watching your videos! On sunscreens, I don't mind paying a bit more for a good formulation for my face, but for the body I like to go cheap + effective. I've been using Coppertone Water Babies SPF 50, which has chemical sunscreens but also 14.5% zinc oxide, which is hard to find in a readily available sunscreen. It is heavy for the face but I find it just fine for the body - at about $1 an ounce.

Thanks mirecka! Obsessed with texmex, and felt deprived without it during my years in ny. Thanks so much for the coppertone babies rec! I like this one and love that price point! Thanks so much for sharing!!

Blue Lizard is made in Johnson City, Tennessee (: I love your videos! I found you when I was looking for info on why Differin is now sold OTC!

Yes now it is manufactured in the US but the product originated in Australia. Australia has very rigorous standards for sun protection given their uv index. Glad you are enjoying the videos! Have a great night!

Yes!! My biggest gripe with all the bbq and spice rubs is how much salt they have!

Dr Dray I'm on a macrobiotic diet right now, so salt is not a problem. But I do love Ms. Dash flavors. And yes I am taking my vitamins and had a full physical before starting. 😁

You should try Flavor God seasoning. It's life changing! Much better than any seasoning I've ever tried.

Hi, just found your channel and I am loving it. It is nice to get some reliable information on skin care to cut through all the noise and sponsored videos. I'm wondering if you have tried any Paula's Choice products and if so, whether you recommend any of them. I also just began using the Differin, and I'm having some breakouts from that, hopefully it will get better as I keep using it.

Hi Lisa! Welcome!! So happy to have you here! I do like Paula's Choice. I have only tried a tinted sunscreen from the line, and thought it was a good substitute for the pricier eltaMD tinted sunscreen i use currently.

So weird with these 'Australian' sunscreens. I've lived in Australia my entire life and have never heard of or used "Blue Lizard" sunscreen and I just checked some major department stores/supermarket online and it is not sold here. It's the exact same situation with this "Australian Gold Botanical Sunscreen" which is also not sold here. It's a total marketing ploy adding this 'Australia' business.

Yeah...I think we envy your better sunscreens. I do believe that Blue lizard was originally an australian company...here is what their website says: Blue Lizard® Australian Sunscreen was born in Australia, where standards for sunscreens are the highest in the world. Although our products are now manufactured in the U.S., we continue to adhere to the most stringent Australian standards because we want to protect your skin while you play under the sun.
