Gretchen omg OMG omgosh!!! I think I told you my favorite girl scout cookie as well is Samoas!. 😱 Oh my Lord I was just going crazy watching this video. That cake looks so incredibly delicious my gosh I was like I want a piece right now! LOL wow what an incredible idea the person came up with the suggestion of doing a cake like this! Amazing cookie butter looks so good I never tried it before I have to try it one day one day! On a cheat day LOL. Seriously. Cake came out amazingly great! 😱🙂

Yes! As a matter of fact I have been going out of MY comfort zone lately and testing her New Gluten Free (gum free) blend! And let me tell you, for someone (ME) who is NOT a gluten free baker, this blend is damn good!!! The cake layers soaking up the caramel actually works quite well as then you get a delicious surprise while you're eating Lol :) Do you think you'll ever have your own bakery again, but fully vegan? I would travel to wherever it is! x

Thank you! And while sometimes I think about it, I remember how hard it was. Those 10 years was enough to almost kill me LOL Now I'm too old for that kind of heavy, hard physical work! My body hurts just thinking about it! LOL *I do however dream of having a Vegan Food Truck or small cafe - just open for lunches. Small scale is more my speed nowadays :D
