I'm 100% a popcorn addict. I cook it in a cast iron pot with coconut oil. Some days I add miyokos butter and salt, other days nutritional yeast and salt.

I eat popcorn almost every day. Not as healthy as yours, but it's my guilty pleasure. Orville Redenbacher popcorn oil (no dairy), nooch, and finely ground sea salt. Yeah, I accidentally made popcorn salt. LOL

This is right up my alley. I love to snack and here are a few of my favorite snacks: Honey Crisp Apple with peanut butter, red grapes with a handful of roasted almonds, toasted Food for Life English muffin with 1/2 avocado and last but not least my garlic popcorn that I cook in my Whirly Popcorn popper. I cook the popcorn in a little olive oil, then sprinkle a little fresh garlic...ok who am I kidding...more than a little fresh garlic (I luv garlic), nutritional yeast, a sprinkle of Herbes de Provence seasoning, more olive oil (about 1 tablespoon to mix and coat the other ingredients) and there you have it! Yum. Thanks SPS for all you do. I really love your content and recipes!

Chocolate covered frozen bananas. We cut them in slices, melt a few chocolate chips with a little coconut oil, pour over bananas and freeze on a sil pat (no parchment paper!!) coveed cookie sheet. Pop them in a zip lock bag and take out some for dessert or snack. Also peanut butter nice cream. Slice a bunch of bananas, freeze. Then take out a handful or two, with a little peanut butter, vanilla, pinch of salt, and make some nice cream in a high powered blender. Really good with a little homemade chocolate syrup on top. The best dessert/snack ever.

Thanks Jenne, I am drinking Tazo Organic Chai Latte, so delicious made with black tea is my fave! I 💕 fruit for a snack and when I am really hungary I make veggie dip like hummus sometimes chips! Cauliflower chip sounds delicious. My thing is depends on the season I like Chai cause you can make it iced or hot so now is the season I switch to warm tea. First time I have had electric heat at my apartment and I have to watch the hot beverages it gets outrageous.😊

I just brewed a cup of fresh spearmint tea from my indoor herb garden 😋 I love snacking, especially when I have work to get done. Something like a plate of fruit/veggies and nuts that I can pick at while on the computer, it makes having to sit to do work a lot more enjoyable since I have a hard time staying still 😅

I would love for you to make homemade versions of the boxed granola favorites you mentioned. I cannot wait to try the cauliflower sounds amazing! My favorite snack is avocado toast with TJs everything topping and crackers with nut butter, honey and sprouts. Air popped corn is awesome but, I add wasabi peas with rice cracker mix spritzed with olive oil and use nooch or old bay. Yummy ideas TY!

I'm reducing my daily coffee intake so the ginger turmeric tea mentioned below sounds good. I discovered your channel months ago and tried going vegan for 3 weeks. I lost weight and felt great! Vegan no longer seems daunting and intimidating because you use simple foods and make them yummy! I fell off the wagon, but I'm climbing back on! Tomorrow I'll check out some naturespath products at my whole foods store. You have a beautiful spirit and it comes across in your videos.

My friend told me about eating fruit in the bathtub, and I had to try it. I cut up some strawberries and grapes. Then I saw the homemade fig jam, so I had to add that. I added chips for salty and sriracha (whoa nelly!) for spicy. It was a very yummy combo! My go to tea is black jasmine, yerba mate, or ginger and garlic.

One tip I've learned recently is to cut off that white somewhat spongy part of the persimmon in the center as it can cause constipation lol. But if you're eating it with all that other fruit that may not be an issue!

I now have my shopping list for some of these items you mentioned that i haven't tried before. Two months ago my vision was going south-double vision so I got rid of "all" my junk food and trashed it and my double vision is completely gone. I feel much better now that I am eating healthier. My goal is to "never" go back to junk food. I have no craving for it cuz I have plenty of healthy foods around. I am low income...if I can do it anyone can we just have to put our mind to it and move forward to a healthier life style.

Love a fruit bowl for breakfast. I add nut butter, chia seeds, my favorite vegan yogurt and my homemade granola to it. And, chocolate chips, of course. It is like dessert. So good. But, as a snack, I just add a smaller amount to a mug to eat in the evening.

as someone who is in the beginning stages of eating disorder recovery,, hearing all of the positive things you say about fruit and hearing you say you recommend eating as much fruit as possible is SO reassuring. diet culture so often tells us that we should stay away from fruits due to the sugar and carb content,, but you’ve helped me be “brought back down to earth” so to speak and realize how absolutely ridiculous that is🤍🤍

Hi, I drink tea daily and I am now drinking Butterfly pea flower tea that has multiple health benefit and turns a vibrant blue, violet or burgundy color. Color changes various colors when lemon is added. Its beautiful and beneficial. You should do a video on your top 10 beneficial teas you drink. I would love to know.

Having a rooibos chai. I love it as a cozy drink in the winter, and perfect in the afternoon and evening when I don't want caffeine. Market Spice at Pike Place Market in Seattle has a really lovely blend (I think listed as "African Redbush Market Chai"). Cheers!
