Avocado would probably be better in the mint chip than bananas. The flavor isn't as strong and it's green. Plus avocado nice cream tastes better because of the fat

Yummy! I am so happy that i got this video my recommendations :) I am a vegetarian for about one and a half years, but I really wanted to try going vegan. I found it a bit difficult to let go of my favorite foods. So I am happy that i found this channel for inspiration :) now I don't need to buy expensive vegan ice cream when I yearn for it, I can now make it myself.

You can do this Nina!!! There's always a way to substitute animal products, everything's on the internet!! 😄 Black salt+tofu for scrumbled eggs, black salt+chickpea flour for omelettes, frozen bananas or coconut milk for ice-cream, plant-based milks instead of cow's milk...

VegCeps Oh please shut up, I get not wanting to eat meat because obviously that can be pretty cruel, but not all animal products are from abuse. Milking a cow and gathering eggs chicken lay are not animal abuse and bring no harm to the animal. Don’t force your diet on others, because in no way are vegetarians supporting animal abuse.

Idk where you're from Nina but soy milk is great for coffees and personally I really like oatly oat milk because their chocolate milk is so underrated. I personally wait for the vegan ice cream to go on offer then buy it because I work most of the day and don't have time to make it. Nature's store has a great vegan chocolate spread which in the UK is about the same price for nutella for each gram. Hope you find the transition easy when you go vegan. If you have any questions on what to do because I know it's difficult starting out, there's always info online on easy recipes or more complex ones if you have the time!

When I do Banana nIce Cream I don't add any milk, just the banana. I'm able to still crush and cream it perfectly, and by the time I finish (7 minutes) I get a perfect Soft Serve texture to eat right away, no need to freeze and crystalize it.

I made the last one, with aquafaba and coconut. It came out pretty tasty (tho definitely coconut-choc, not plain chocolate), but it froze in layers - a very solid bottom layer, a thick ice cream texture in the middle, and a not-solid bubbly layer on top.

It's the process in which it's made. Bone char(charred animal bones) is used by the sugar industry as a decolorizing filter, which allows the sugar cane to achieve its desirable white color.

*Question for Vegans:* I have a milk cow on a private farm, who's well taken care of, fed, and treated like a pet.... is it "cruel" or unethical that I get fresh, raw milk from her? The cow has a big field, friends to play with, scratch posts, robust diet... the whole nine yards.

I wouldn't say cruel but maybe a tad bit unethical? Some people do have a problem with dairy cows or eggs from chickens who stand by "it isn't for us to take" which I do agree upon that to a degree I don't mean to sound rude by the way I just want to share my opinion ☺️ but alas maybe it is a grey area? At the very least aa long as the cow can live a good life! 🤷🏻‍♀️💜

Nope I think it's not cruel the cow needs to give milk so the udder won't be painfull and can be infected. It's well taken care of that's nice to here! Cows in industrial farms are not always in great care sadly (there are really good ones that really take care of the animals!) I studied animal behavior and care. I had to do interships on farms. Some ones are really good for the animals and other ones just see the animals as no living beings 😢 Greetings from a vegan 😊
