You can use this in many dishes after the seitan is cooked. However burger patties are the one thing I have yet to create a recipe for.

Some ingredients i have never heard of, and or are impossible to find in my small town. Please tell me how integral these ingredients are, and if they can be replaced with anything more obtainable. shiitake powder cocoa powder beetroot powder red cooking wine (Easy to find but i would rather not) liquid aminos(This one is a mystery) Can I use my dehydrator instead of the oven? If so at what temperature for how long Dang, I am now so hungry after watching this lol

Worcestershire sauce is typically not vegan. Just fyi
