1/2 tsp coconut oil or vegan butter
CHEESECAKE:
1 1/2 cup soaked cashews ( overnight or 2 hrs in hot water)
1/2 cup of coconut cream ( chilled in fridge overnight)
1/2 cup of melted chocolate
1/4 cup agave or ample syrup
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp of vanilla
TOPPINGS:
oreos
strawberries
whip cream
fresh mint leaves
chocolate chips
