Here in the UK we'd call this a crumble and it's funny as I always associate crumble with Winter and Autumn. This looks delicious though and I'd happily eat it all year round!

If anyone here is trying to cut back on their processed sugar intake, I personally find unsweetened coconut milk yogurt works just as good as a topping for these types of desserts as ice cream

This looks very delicious, thank you for the recipe. I think I will try peach rhubarb. Did you know white cane sugar is not vegan? It is processed with bone char. Bones being that of animals. So I actually don’t use “white sugar“ I use the “tan sugar“

The brand of white sugar I buy doesn't use bone char, but many do! I sometimes get the cane sugar from Costco too when I'm there, but its usually a lot pricier!

Lots of carbohydrates and sugar, not too good for the pancreas and insulin levels. Vegan isn't equal to healthy.
