I am 71 and started this last February when my husband passed away. My health is improving every day and I know what he means when he says he feels high. I had not heard that from anyone yet so when he said that I just had to respond. I tell people that if not for my bad joints I could run a marathon. I wish I could have done this years ago in the 70’s I might have been able to run a marathon. Hopefully that will happen one day.

Being vegan is way deeper than most people tend to realize, since i was a child i use to love meat because i didn't know what it was until one day i asked my mother at 8 years old what was in it and she told me it was animals since then i knew it was wrong at 8 years old ever since then i just ate cheese and rice just anything that wasnt and animal and here i am 22 years old completely vegan and my life makes way more sense and i feel so much better mentally and physically, I love being vegan and i will raise my children as such, god bless u all 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I am 70, been vegan roughly 10 years (I did not write the date of no more meat, dairy, eggs, seafood including fish). Feel amazing. When I went vegan I was in a wheelchair. Got out of it for good within 3 weeks. I also, do not get sick. At 70, except if I sprain a foot, I am out walking 10,000 steps. Yes, I get a bit sweaty, but it showers off. And I am with the flowers and birds and trees. The colors are amazing! The fresh air is glorious. Being HIGH is not having all your senses plugged up, just being well, and it is emotionally rewarding. It is all JOY!!!! I still feel bad that as an intelligent person that it took me until I was 60-ish, I did not figure this out. If a person is spiritual, to me it is the natural thing to do is to be vegan. First do no harm. But this means something to vegans which it does not mean to meat-eaters. They do not have the correct perspective as though they have put out their eyes. They cannot see the truth and I feel sorry for them. I pray that if I can wake up, that others can find this also. We wash the outside of the body but veganism washes the inside of us as though we are a cup and now wash both the inside and the outside. It is a spirituality deeper walk than I had known and I thought I was a spiritual person. I am Christian but have found out that my Lord of love was also a vegan. There is much truth hidden by the meat-eaters of Christianity. All the disciples were vegetarian. The meat-eaters had no problem killing the vegan Christians. And we call it the “DARK AGES”. They feel no guilt. Veganism wipes out the excuses. I deeply regret that I ever ate flesh-foods. And I do have grief for that. Eating meat does not let the mind think as intuitively. You have to experience it to understand fully. Persecution by the meat-eaters killed off the Ebionites or the Essenes who in large as Jews, accepted Jesus with joy. The meat eaters killed those who were well. Ironic. We know about the Pharisees and the Sadducees, even the Samaritans. But the Essenes were those who kept and preserved the Dead Sea scrolls. Yes, they were VEGANS. And this part has been hidden from us. The first Christians were VEGANS! Of course, the truth had to come in this way! Jesus was perfect, He was born among the animals as why not! He made them too and loves them. There is a better way to love animals than dead though cooked, on the end of a fork! Spirituality means nothing if you are causing others who God made, death.

Looking to find a place to put that into operation but as much as I’ve tried to get people together for a good cause for 5 years now, there’s almost no one in my area interested in helping the environment, the animals and our all around way of life. Not mad about it, just not sure where my skill can be put to the best use. I actually want to travel the world and speak to people about ways to cure the world, which of course includes letting our animal brothers and sisters live their lives, raising awareness on how to replenish soil, and how to strategically stand up to the tyranny in humanity. I have a lot more knowledge than I can postulate in a comment section and have over 3000 videos on various subjects.. I just don’t promote myself because it feels like I’m pushing truth on people who “choose” to not want to hear it.

Try to stick with eating whole plant foods only like beans, green, grains, fruits, veggies, mushrooms, nuts seeds, herbs and spices. And if you're used to eating animals, plants tend to have less calories because they're lower in fat so you may need to eat higher volumes of food until you acclimate to this at least. You may want to get assistance from a nutritionist, dietician, or physician that practices lifestyle medicine. I am hoping to make my site a good resource for this sort of thing I'm almost done building it and should release it later this year. VeganLinked.com. But you may want somebody local to you. See if someone is at American College of Lifestyle Medicine or Plant Based Telehealth.

Especially at work, when they order pizza for lunch for everyone, or plan the team event in a French cuisine restaurant without any vegan options... Why do it if not necessary …… That phrase speaks volumes You could epitomise the content of this phrase as irrefutable. For instance :- why would you destroy a rainforest just to grow crops that as much as 80% are solely used for cattle feed….. If we stopped factory farming and used approx 20% of the animal crop to feed the world, it would end famine, and reinstate the rain forests to its indigenous people and creatures. Health wise plant based wins hands down, no more additional greenhouse gas’s that add to global warming and ending the unthinkable bullying , beating and killing of innocent fellow earthlings. You explained the reason to us , ”Why I (you) no longer use animal products……..because It’s not necessary “ Thanks Andy, that puts it all into perspective, peace for all x

"While it is not possible to cultivate native plants for food in the Arctic, Inuit have traditionally gathered those that are naturally available, including: Berries including crowberry and cloudberry Herbaceous plants such as grasses and fireweed Tubers and stems including mousefood, roots of various tundra plants which are cached by voles in burrows. Dr. Georgia Ede, a psychiatrist, recommends a heavy meat diet to heal mental issues.
@VeganLinked2 жыл бұрын
Dr Georgia sounds like he is sick and dangerous. Dr Georgia doesn't work at a wellness center that's healed thousands of people for half a century like this psychiatrist has. Once you realize there is absolutely no need to ingest animals and have them go through hell for mere taste, cultural conformity and stupidity well, you would have to be a bit of a psychopath or malevolent antisocial.

I'm wondering how Dr. Georgia Ede (whoever she may be) can justify a diet of this sort. Heavy dead flesh that drags you down. Part of mental health is creating consciousness of what eating flesh means - violence. It's a form of extreme cognitive dissonance.

Great man with good values, for sure. I do not think, however, that proclaiming homeopathy as something you believe in is at all helpful for the vegan cause. That is when I stopped listening., and I seriously hope you never proclaim your belief in homeopathy in a vegan promotion interview ever again. In my mind,, that is asking for not to be taken seriously.
@VeganLinked2 жыл бұрын
I include a very diverse array of people and this comes at the world from every angle. So If this intelligent and successful and very beneficial man to the world wants to talk about homeopathy I don't have a problem with it, whether I believe in it or not is irrelevant. Because I am not God or all-knowing in any way. I just know that veganism is perfection. I'm sure I will have plenty on my channel that don't talk about it or even believing it. I only fact check and monitor health claims generally speaking when it comes to eating whole plant food specifically. If someone is into religion, naturopathy, homeopathy, rieki, ti chi, yoga, vax or anti vax, trump or Biden, all lives or BLM, even some processed versus strictly whole food, pro or anti abortion, any race or sexual preference, any age, any shape, etc... does not matter to me.
