@@bubba-0325 You should check out Dr Brooke Goldner. She is a leading expert on autoimmune diseases. Your anecdote isn't science. We don't want to know about your n of 1 death based elimination fad diet. Why would you choose to hurt animals needlessly when you could have gone on a well-plant whole Food using diet and resolved your issues just as well? We don't have any of your issues here. Autoimmune diseases are the body attacking itself. Eating within the animal kingdom is not an ideal solution at all and in many cases exacerbates autoimmune disease and even creates them. But if you would rather continue abusing animals needlessly to ingest their body parts, organs and secretions you might get some psychosomatic relief. At the end of the day though it's psychotic really especially considering the fact that you didn't need to do that. You could have just eaten whole vegan foods and got better results. There is a learning curve for some people. In which case you should consult a dietitian, nutritionist or physician that practices lifestyle medicine. But this only matters if you actually care about your long-term health and not hurting others needlessly, role modeling to those you care about the healthiest way of being, not supporting the most violent jobs, not supporting the most invasive industry, not fueling antibiotic resistant bacteria, deadly pathogens zoonotic diseases that kill millions of people, etc. But if you're going to stay stuck in stupid mode maybe go brag about it to the sick morons like Bart K, Chaffey, Baker, Berry, and Saladino. I'm making more of an appeal to multiple authorities if I'm even making an appeal. At the end of the day when it comes to essential nutrients it's probably best to consult your physician and look at yourself and weigh all the variables as far as you want to take it. And I wouldn't put too much weight on any one source. Especially someone who isn't very educated in that direction and is essentially out of their Lane, especially when that person's trying to sell you something lol. Not that there's anything wrong with selling something. I guess I'm just over here processing much more vastly. Anyone who thinks they have all answers without education, like dunning-kruger... Anywho that's a rabbit hole man. It's fascinating really, compensatory mechanisms, all the different variables that go into brain health, lpcdha, RBC, enzymatic conversions, pathways, at the end of the day nobody's taking chunks of our brains out really to see what's going on so we're all just shooting in the dark. Take your B12 for sure though.

Finnish researchers raised concern about LDL-cholesterol of vegan children at preschool age, because it didn`t raise above 1.5 mmol/l as it did with others (3 lacto-ovo-veg children also kept it low). One omnivore had LDL-chol already over 4 mmol/l! The comments of previewers were rather interesting... Hovinen, Korkalo et. al. 59:00 I can’t stand it when I tell people about how I lost 75lbs and feel amazing on WFPB (also my husband lost 40lbs and feels better than ever) and they ask me what my blood type is and say that must be why it works for me - never mind that we have different blood types - or say that I have the right body type for a plant-based diet. In what world does it make sense that each human should eat a different diet? Maybe some horses should be eating carnivore and some horses should be eating keto or paleo while other horses just eat hay. To me it’s the same thing. There IS an ideal diet for humans and the scientific literature makes that very clear. My anecdotal evidence agrees with the scientific literature, even though I’m aware it’s anecdotal.

Cancer starts with the first "cold" you ever develop. Toxeamia is the universal cause to disease. Look up Natural Hygiene if you're interested.
@VeganLinkedКүн бұрын
The majority of leading chronic diseases and causes of death are inflammation based. Dr Grega talks about it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j4TYdnmepN2ki5I The cold virus is an infectious zoonotic disease. Toxeamia is metabolic disease of the placenta, preeclampsia. I have a video coming out that touches on vegans having 2.5 times less perinatal deaths and 5 to maybe 15 times less c sections than nonvegans, and the vegan breastmilk was lower in contaminants as well. The same studies that she's referencing looked at preeclampsia and only 1 out of 775 vegan mothers and met clinical criteria for preeclampsia, which is 0.1%, the current national average is 5 to 8% which is 50 to 80 TIMES more than vegans. A more recent study suggested vegans have a higher risk but they appear to have only looked at 18 vegans and compared that to 66,000 nonvegans, so that doesn't sound like a relevant observation at all to extrapolate from. Christopher Gardner, PhD in Nutritional Research explains how soy is protective against cancers esp when consumed from early childhood, several cardiologists on my channel explain how plants are protective against cardiometabolic diseases which are the leading causes of death, etc... The academy of nutrition and dietetics make it clear a well planned vegan diet is healthy and appropriate for every stage of life. Someone nut planning properly shouldn't be having children. They need to feed them a proper variety of whole plant foods and supplement based on their situation and doctor's recommendations no matter what philosophy they live by and diet they're on.

@@VeganLinked what caused the inflammation in the first place? a "virus" (meaning poison) is nothing more than dead cell debris, incapable of acting. It is acted upon, big difference. toxeamia, literally meaning "toxic blood" is generated by any and all enervating behaviour. There is only one disease and it is called toxeamia, expressed by the body in 7 stages. (enervation - toxeamia - irritation - inflammation - ulceration - induration - cancer) read the book Toxeamia explained by John Henry Tilden.

But I'm sure they do because pretty much everybody doing this does nowadays. Now than ever we live more sanitized lives so it's been more important now than ever. And of course this doesn't say anything negative about veganism considering the fact that the majority of B12 supplements go to animal agriculture. So it's obviously far more natural to take the supplement directly then through the blood cuts and Gore of an animal that was supplemented after being artificially inseminated into existence only to be crammed into a concentrated animal feeding operation where they're given who knows what kind of other supplements, medications, etc and who knows what they're feeding them, and so on. if his grandgrandfather and his grandfather was vegans, for sure they never supplemented b12. So the need for supplementation of b12 is dabatable or, at least, quite tinged.
@VeganLinkedКүн бұрын
Considering how far back this was and how close they were to the land there can be various explanations here to consider. Ultimately though it would be completely absurd and dangerous to negate the totality of evidence in support of B12 over any anecdotes. Anecdotes may create compelling theories. @@VeganLinked I understand the caution, and finally b12 is originated as the fruit of another kind of crop, but there are greens widely available and eaten in the past with active b12. Anyway, I don't consider anecdotical the number of vegans or almost vegans with adequate amounts of b12 in blood without any supplementation. Thousands of africans, indians and certain populations with minimal amounts of animal foods in their diets, have no issues derived from poor b12. Traditional okinawan diet was minimal in fish and they ate about 250 g of pork monthly, based on a famous study, maybe they didn't got their b12 from their consumption of such foods in that frequency. I supposed that in the long run with more studies in longlife vegans this question will be definitely resolved, because it could be that the problems with b12 is derived from the two biggest disastrous interventions since birth in the last few generations in wealthy countries, vaccines and antibiotics.
@VeganLinkedКүн бұрын
@anonimogonzalezperez4951 You're talking about people who could probably get B12 from water sources, dirty fruits and vegetables, dirty hands, and so hence me saying we live in a more sanitized environment than ever. I don't know who all he's vegans are that you're talking about who aren't taking B12 and aren't deficient. But I do know that people have had symptoms from deficiency and resolve those symptoms with a supplement. B12 is one of the most researched nutrients. It's all good, it's so easy just to take the supplement. Sure there's all kinds of ways to potentially get it from within ourselves if the bacteria would work its way up and we adapt it in such a way. Or maybe even water lentils or some other plant that has a symbiotic relationship. There's even been research recently showing that nori may have active and sufficient B12. Again though it's probably best to supplement. I like to recommend veganhealth.org for information on nutrients for vegans. There is a lot of information on B12 there and it's all properly cited. I even have an interview on my channel with Jack Norris RD.
@VeganLinkedКүн бұрын
@anonimogonzalezperez4951 Also B12 stores can last a pretty good while. So if they were getting a lot of B12 from somewhere on a consistent basis even if it was a nominal amount of food it may have very well been enough. Like me taking 2,500 IU dose of B12 once a week.

@@michelledirelle 90's I think but this really is irrelevant. Quality of life is more important than longevity. Longevity is more determined by genetics, luck, and then lifestyle behaviors. And when it comes to lifestyle behaviors there are so many variables you can't just pin longevity on one lifestyle behavior unless the person smoked and then died of lung cancer of course. But veganism is just about not exploiting animals. A person can be vegan and try to live healthy or not try to live healthy. That individual doesn't reflect the potential of veganism when it comes to longevity because there's just too many variables.

@@silence1869 sounds nice. But not really the goal. If someone wants to take that step that's cool, but baby steps are harder than just going all in. Some people need to systematically introduce these Foods and that could be understandable but it wouldn't be a one day a week thing. There's not a whole lot of rationale behind the promotion of one day a week or the idea at all really. I think if someone had to do it slowly maybe it makes more sense to replace a meal. So maybe start with breakfasts. Then work your way into lunches. And then dinners. Or and whatever order. If meat is their biggest thing maybe they could just try replacing that with legumes, greens and grains. I mean we got to meet people where they're at for sure. So who knows what's going to work for the next person. Personally I just wanted to know what ultimately is best and then just started doing it.
