I love your ideas.i have saved your recipes for a while but dont have the time.but i bedn looking for a healthy homeade ice cream to make.the store bought vegan ones too expensive and still not healthy.my one question is ,do u need the dates and can you replace the coconut oil with some coconut milk .the reason i ask is because i have to watch sugar intake and i am not a fan of coconut fat even though i grew up on coconut oil since there are some cholesterol issues.so i dont mean to be a hassle but i am concerned about those things.but you deserve much more subscribers.

Oat milk and frozen bananas I tried and it was delicious but there is still the banana flavour but that would work in another vegan ice cream recipe. There are some on KZbin
