VEGAN SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE

I often get asked if I have a Vegan Recipe for my cookies. So I decided to make one! I tried to keep this recipe very simple and easy! Only five ingredients with three steps! It is a great alternative to traditional cookies.
The cookies are delicious, with a hint of vanilla. These are perfect for decorating or just eating as they are!
500g Plain Flour
250g Vegan Butter Alternative
3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Almond Milk
3 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup

Thanks so much! Rice Malt Syrup is the same as rice syrup :) Just different wording depending on where you are from.

Hi Great video where do you get vegan butter ?

At my local grocery store in the refrigerated section near the regular butter, it was only a small section and I had to read each label to find it! Hope you can find some!

Can I use sugar instead of the rice syrup? If so, what is the equivalent amount

You sure can! Check to see if the sugar is vegan friendly though. It's different in each country
