That eggplant thing you were eating I'm pretty sure is the TJ's brand of eggplant caponata! It's an Italian eggplant spread you put on crackers or crostini. I swear other versions are sooooo much better and don't look like that!! haha

To everyone saying that the cold brew needs to be cut with water... I'm pretty sure that version is the pre-mixed one that is sold in the cold beverage section and is meant to be enjoyed as is. TJs sells the concentrated versions too which definitely need to be cut with water/milk. I may be wrong but everytime I go to TJs I notice the pre-mixed cold brew "convenience" drink and opt for the more cost-effective concentrate instead.

One time at my TJ’s the cashier printed me out a whole list of the store’s vegan products. So if you find the right person they might be able to do that! It includes all packaged products (obviously not fruits and veggies)

Trader joe's has this soy ice cream that tastes like Ben, and Jerrys cherry Garcia ice cream but you get more ice cream from Trader joe's then you would Ben and Jerry's and I love it!

Marie Dean haha some people can just drink as is because they need more caffeine to function but for the most part it’s a concentrate. I either have to cut mine with more water or sugar and a non dairy milk. It’s way stronger than regular hot coffee and it’s honestly based on preference if I’m being honest. But it 100% is a concentrate.
