5 DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES to support your weight loss:
www.chefaj.com...
Jill Dalton & Jeffrey Dalton are the visionaries behind The Whole Food Plant Based Cooking
Show (plantbasedcookingshow.com), a KZbin channel and media platform. The couple knew, after making the switch to a whole food plant based diet and experiencing profound changes in their own health, they needed to share the power of a plant based diet with the world.
Together over the past 5 years they have been creating the popular cooking show from their
home kitchen in Cary, North Carolina. The Dalton’s original recipes, cookbooks, and courses
have been used by millions of viewers the world over as they too make the switch to a plant
based lifestyle. Jill hosts the show and shares her mastery for creating tasty and easy to prepare recipes that incorporate all of the leading research on plant based nutrition. Jeffrey works behind the scenes writing, designing, filming, producing, and supporting the technical aspects of the show.

Jill is a remarkable recipe developer. Her recipes are easy to duplicate; her teaching so encouraging, her tasting enviable! I discovered her show about 5 months ago, same as you Chef AJ. That’s when I tightened my diet and went full on plants, SOS free. You two are gems! Thank you Chef AJ for bringing Jill on your show.

I am with you chef AJ on the Breville. Mine was a wedding gift from my cousin and I have used it for everything and almost everyday for the past 11 years and I have a high-end 48 inch industrial oven/stove now! I always tell people if I could only take one appliance that would be the one...although my vitamix is close behind. If/when it dies I will be getting the one with the air frying capability also but I think this one will be around for awhile 😉.

Thank you, Chef AJ! Coincidentally, I just discovered Jill yesterday and it was the episode with the red lentil flatbreads which I made last night. Like she said on that video: the first one was not so good but after that they were great. Looking forward to making them again with the mock tuna. You two were talking about tortillas. Have you tried the thinly sliced jicama wraps from Trader Joe’s? They are fantastic! If you have a Mandoline you can shave jicama to make your own, but these are convenient and delicious! I use them primarily for jackfruit tacos but the uses are endless. I wanted to point out that the Bella griddle Jill showed is not ceramic, rather Copper Titanium. It has 2632 reviews on Amazon. Not all sizes are sold out. The same brand does make a ceramic one (which looks different in color). That one might be new as it only has a combined review of 50 across the vendors. Cheers and thanks again, Chef AJ! I really appreciate you and what you are doing to get the message out!

Green jackfruit would work for the tuna. Best bought frozen from an Asian store. The canned product has an aftertaste while the frozen takes on the flavor of your condiments and spices. Thank both of you.

Eating certified organically grown foods is NOT just about the health and safety of the EATER, the bigger issue is the AGRICULTURAL WORKER. So, yes, buy certified organically grown food if YOU CARE about the people who grow and harvest your food. You are minimizing the exposure by the workers of the worst pesticides and herbicides in conventionally grown food. Also, agricultural toxins aren't good for animals, water, earth.
