Your Dad is awesome!!! I called and left a question on his answering machine. He called me back and gave me so much helpful information!!! I was shocked he took the time to call me. Forever Grateful!

I concur with all of Rip's praise for Chef AJ. She has been such a catalyst for my plant based journey, and I can't thank her enough. Her no nonsense attitude and advice is exactly what I need. Thanks for all that you do Chef AJ. And I love it when you choose not to wear makeup, because you are gorgeous without it. But you are the smoking one on this interview, not Rip. Ha!

He's a lovely person. I love his sister and mother's show on KZbin. I'm so jealous of them for still having their mom. Mine died of colon cancer at age 60. The hardest blow of my life. She was so young.

Is there a way to recondition your body once your muscle mass has atrophied due to Diabetes and injuries incurred due to an auto accident? My accident was 16 years ago and it caused my stomach to shut down (called Gastroparesis, delayed stomach emptying) so I am unable to digest food, so it is causing complications, and it also caused my diabetes one year after my accident. I have loved the video Forks Over Knives and have been vegan ever since. But I can only digest smoothies and/or soups for the most part. Any advice would be so appreciated as I also need my right ankle to be fused and am dealing with other complications which keep me away from swimming which is the best exercise of choice. At 58 I have done my best to learn how to live with my new normal. But I feel as though I am barely surviving, rather than thriving as I did with my life prior to my accident. My diabetes has nearly killed me too many times to even count. So I am simply seeking help in all ways possible for my complex situation. I am also doing my best to get my sugars under control, but due to the Gastroparesis, it makes it nearly impossible. I am doing my best to keep the faith!! Sending ☮️ n ❤️ to all, may you all find the proper path for your own health and well being!!

I love the broth. It has no MSG or yeast extract which Dr Blaylock says is worse version of MSG, and all broths have it. I tell everyone that his broth is only one tomuse.

Dr Rhonda Patrick is the queen of sulphuraphane. In Italy they are using broccoli (in chemical form) as a chemotherapy and it is proving to be very successful in fighting cancer. But daily sprouts are excellent - the seeds can be a bit expensive though.

I shit you not, just 4-ISH months ago my husbands cardiologist’s nurse IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CARDIOLOGIST, literally told my husband to switch to olive oil because it will “help”. I think I actually recorded it (I know I shouldn’t have, I really do know that). But WOW.

Why does American Heart Assoc recommend eating foods high in unsatuarated fats, and they're good for the heart? So confusing! Rip, please comment? Thanks!

I don't believe Rip will be reading these comments so you may want to email him via his website. It is disturbing to say the least to hear some of their recommendations.

Whole Foods stores are getting kinda crappy now. Their produce section isn't even that impressive anymore. It's becoming more and more like just a regular grocery store these days. I miss the Engine 2 products there! That's fine, I'll order online, like I've been doing for more and more things these days.
