Hi, just discovered your channel and really enjoyed your video. As someone who doesn’t eat meat or dairy, I would just like to try and answer your question about why vegans would want to eat a plant-based version of something like a sausage roll. I think for most vegan, the reason is they didn’t stop eating meat because they didn’t like the taste, but they stopped for ethical reasons such as animal welfare. I used to love bacon and yes even sausage rolls so it is a lovely treat to find a replacement that tastes good! The vegan sausage rolls made by Greggs are actually fantastically good and even my meat-eating friends like them so please do give them a go if you get the chance. Would love to hear your views during a taste test! Best to eat them when still nice and hot! Iceland have an exclusive partnership with Greggs and sell frozen versions of their products that you can cook at home, so that’s another option :)

Ive had vegan food before not from the place your talking about but ive had a vegan pastie , sausage roll and even a vegan pattie to me i think its to dry no moisture or anything

Yes I do agree vegan food can be too dry to eat could do with having moisture in there food thank you for your comment
