As always, I find your videos to be absolutely delicious on every level....beautiful food, lighting and filming, presentation, music, and your upbeat and warm personality! So inspiring and yet very relaxing. I find I want to get up and cook and also just curl up with some warm ginger tea and enjoy the video again, lol! I loved seeing the walk in the rain...it's so fun to have glimpses of other people's towns, cities, and countries, plus I love being out in nature. WOW Malin, these meals look amazing...fresh and also comforting! And time with sisters is always so special :). I have Celiac, so it's helpful to find someone who shares recipes that are gluten free and plant-based vegan. And I struggle with IBS as well, so thank you for sharing that. Probably my top 3 most made meals too! I make my oats the same way, with frozen berries and tahini, but I also add lemon juice (like 10 drops) and lemon zest! ads a nice zing.

I share vegan recipes on my channel in addition to information about vegan food as my husband is vegan and to my surprise I discovered that flax seeds is a source of ALA omega 3 but not EPA or DHA which are found in animal sources, so my husband started taking omega 3 supplement from algae. How do you get your full need of omega 3?

Hi there 😊 I also take algae omega3 to make sure I get enough. Your body can make DHA and EPA from the fatty acids in milled flax though, so even if it is not readily available you should still get the omegas you need 😊👍

Recycled plastic is a misnomer, as in order to recycle it new plastic has to be added. If the products came in any other non-plastic packaging, I'd definitely consider them. In the meantime, I'll wait.

To be honest, putting all that stress on beginner vegans to cook from scratch every morning, to spend so much time in prep, is over-ambitious. It'll put them off, deter them. Who wants to fuss around that much, first thing in the morning? They'll get to that point in time (maybe), when they're grounded in veganism. A fortified cereal is just as good in the early stages; it includes all the B vits and iron that you need. Just check the box. (I add a tbsp of chia seeds!) We need to make these recipes beginner-friendly, not terrify them from the off. As for evening/dinner recipes -- well, no holds barred. Go as fancy as you like. Wahey! :)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts 😊 I always think oats is a good option for breakfast as a new vegan, it's very hard to get it wrong and most people already know how to make it. I could have mentioned that you can also do it in the microwave but other than that I think it's a solid beginner breakfast. It takes me about 4-5 minutes to prep and cook the oats. The toppings take about one minute to add and obviously you can do whatever floats your boat, add less if it is too many things to deal with in the morning or more for that matter if you are into a lot of toppings. 🤷♀️ I guess we all have different preferences and ideas of what's easy. Also many people might not want to fuss at dinner after getting back tired from work while others enjoy cooking, everyone's different. 😊
