Literally right across the street from Vegan Exchange is Groundwork coffee..,.the BEST coffee in LA... their actual roastery and offices are just a few blocks east of that location (which is historical, and a refurbished building.) But anyway, you really can't get fresher or more local than that (if you live here, which I do!) I always buy my beans from them and it's usually roasted to order or within a few days. Their Nitro cold brew is the best I've ever had! Plus the cafe there on Chandler has vegan options and a terrific dog friendly patio.

I have never had such a panic attack but was in a similar "almost-fainted" situation on holiday a few years back...it was super hot, the car was breaking, we couldn't find our way back and I ended up with my legs up on the bridge in a tiny village in Greece as my friends and family could not feel the pulse on my hands XD Yeah, not the nicest memories ;P

Yessssssss Donut Friend is the greatest! You make me want to order some now lol I have had a lot and love them all, but my fave is Boston Cream. Also their apple fritter is really great also. But I would recommend if they have any version of your fave donut, get it and you will enjoy.

I once had a panic attack when I put on the hood of my wetsuit (it’s a separate piece from the wetsuit, and kind close against my neck). Hubs had to rapidly rip that thing off of me. You’re not alone. The panic is real.

Also, one of the reasons I love your videos is because I haven’t been able to go to NYC in years. My dad is from Manhattan and much of my family is on the east coast and was in New Jersey and New York when I was younger. So we’d visit New York all the time when I was a kid up to my early 20s. So it’s nice to live in the nostalgia for a bit while watching the videos and see cool vegan places I can try when/if I go back someday
