During several stressful times in my life I have worked with Michele to overcome eating past full. On a regular basis, things run smoothly and my nutrition is great. But on occasion….things aren’t always perfect or easy. Michele is amazing to work with. She will really help you if you are struggling with overeating. Sometimes you just need a coach for a week or two to help with a rough time! Thanks for all these great tips! My best tip is work with Michele if you are in a pattern of overeating. Even if it is just situational. ❤

This was helpful. Loved the reminder to do things incrementally in a way that works for me. I don't have to be perfect to make progress. Thanks, Michele! ❤

Hi Michelle- excellent video!!! I conquered my comfort food addiction first by becoming a Vegan in 2017 and then through intermittent fasting in 2021. This really put me in control of my food cravings in addition to all the other health benefits that it brings. Many thanks 🙏

Hi! Yes I totally agree. These both helped me so much as well.

I like to make the nicecream and then put it into a reusable popsicle mold. Soooo good!

Food prepping helps me. I try to always have lots of food prepared…. Salad.. washed and cut up, dressings made, potatoes cooked, sauces made , stew/ soups made , fruit at hand … Wfpb cookies( usually made with oats) and brownies ( usually made with sweet potatoes ) in the freezer… yummy popsicles ready etc. also I need to remember to eat enough starch type foods to keep me full…. It’s a balance.. I’ve been making popsicles with bananas pineapple and some shredded coconut blended up and frozen , healthy and satisfying. Another thing that helps me is bringing my own food when I leave the house. So I’m not tempted to eat restaurant food. I might just bring a whole food plant-based salad dressing and maybe some sweet potatoes that I can throw on a salad at a restaurant etc. and bringing a couple healthy cookies or something like that etc. being prepared for whatever situation has helped me a lot.

Excellent video MIchele. I struggle with grazing while I cook dinner. Have you done a video about this? If not could you do one about this and give some suggestions for how to stop this behavior?
@veganmichele2 ай бұрын
Hi Sandra, I get that☺️. I don’t have a video on it per say, but I’d suggest having a snack before prepping dinner and going in knowing that if you’ve made it a million times you don’t need to taste it as you go. You know it will be right. Sometimes that little mindset shift of “I don’t need to taste everything” can really be helpful.

I seem to get hung up on adding protein to every meal! What are your thoughts on how much protein we should be eating on a plant based diet?
@veganmichele2 ай бұрын
From my training and schooling, we really do not need as much protein as mainstream media would have us believe. Getting in 10% of you daily calories (80% carbohydrates, 10% protein, 10% fat roughly) from protein is enough for the majority of people. To build muscle we must work the muscle then rebuild with good quality real plant foods.
