An Australian man went driving in the USA while his wife stayed in the hotel. She turned on the news and saw a live newsfeed about a guy driving on the wrong side of the road. She called her husband and told him "Barry! Watch out while you drive, there's some idiot driving on the wrong side of the road!!" Barry replied "One?? That's bloody hundreds of them!!"

I spent my entire childhood in the US. It wasn't until I joined the military and saw more of the world that I realized that most people don't drive faster than 100-110 km/h. Really gave me an appreciation of being able to go closer to 200 km/h on long empty stretches of highway. It also gave me perspective as to why the roads aren't necessarily as good as a lot of the world...I'm from Texas and we alone have more miles of paved road than the majority of europe, combined.

Danny! Former brush monkey here, wildland firefighter, crew boss. I took care of my boys. That New Skin is the real deal. Depending upon the time in the season, if one of my mates had new boots, I drilled it into them, wear those puppies all you can before we venture out to work! We were a helitack crew, often on our own. I carried novocaine / benzocaine to help (trained as a medic), but when the shit hits the fan, just quitting was not an option. We had no choice but carry on, right? Allowing that wound to heal is a real bugger when you have to continue on. There are pads made to help, but it's important to dress it often. By the way, Zion? Oh, yes! Been through a lot of shit in my life, and I am amidst a major change. I'm an old bugger today, 57. I am in the process of leaving the land of my birth, California, and relocating to Utah this week! Huge task. I am a dyed in the leathers motorcyclist, the real deal. Have several hundred thousand miles under my belt. In the 80s, I had a very successful motorcycle shop. I left this, and joined the Fire Service. Good times, man. Yes, also hard times, loss and tragedy, life and death, in your face. I absolutely understand, and I have the most respect for what you do. Years ago, I would drop everything, and hit the road. It's important, it's what life is all about. Met many friends in those days. I am taking my bikes with me, two Aprilias and a Honda CBX. Today, I realized I might have to leave the CBX with a good friend, and I have a second Aprilia I may need to transfer in the spring. The mission is to move to my new home, bringing my Saint Bernard with me. He is an alpine rescue dog, he deserves to enjoy the snow. Absolute truth, this Saint has helped rescue an old fire captain, he is my mate. Oh, the irony. Brother, I really love seeing your adventures, it warms the heart, man. It's a real inspiration. By the way, America. In Utah, the speed limit is 130 kph on the open road. How nice is that? Open that throttle, man. I paused the video at your drone shot. There was a Highway Patrolman parked in that shot. Trust me, these guys are the real deal. You can pull over there, he would help you get it sorted. Bobby

Danny! Motel 6 in Vegas? Shit. Years of times in Las Vegas for me. Today, as you found, this not the best idea. It's a societal thing, in a small town, this motel is fine. I've stayed at this chain, but in years past. Guess you figured it out. Sad days, hopefully soon this will return to the good days. I have a unique relationship with Las Vegas, long story, man. Good friends. I used to stay at the Golden Nugget, and really had a blast at the Mirage. In the 90s, I rolled with the heavy hitters. It's a story for another day. My friends enjoyed playing in Vegas, fellow business owners. I was surprised at the stakes they gambled, I'm a working man at the heart. But, to this day, I know I'm still welcome in this Vegas world. Sure wish I could have helped in your adventures, this is the land of my birth, I love America. It pains me that a good man like you had this strange experience. It's not the America I wish to share with my friends around the globe. America is a wonderful and unique place.

Oh man I wish I found your channel sooner. I lived in vegas for 3 years I would've warned you to not stay at the motel 6 lol the casinos might cost a little more but its safer. I know exactly where that motel 6 is, right beside mccarran airport. I always avoided going there. Vegas can be fun but its very dangerous at the same time. I would've recommended staying at like the Golden nugget on fremont or something. But I appreciate all the positive stuff you said about the US and it made me smile seeing you have so much fun. I hope you enjoy every moment and if you get the chance come ride in my home state Texas!!!

Greetings from Las Vegas. Great video. Very fun to watch. Glad to see you got to visit and smell our fair city. Hope you got to see some of the local sites. Ghost Towns, Valley of Fire, and a 112 year old cowboy bar still in operation are just a few examples of why the best part of Vegas.....is just outside of Vegas.
