Some County’s call them SERT Team, Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team. In other words, those are like the security guards in a club. They’re all officers, but the guys in green come when there’s a riot or something major. 😂😂

They do that alot on reality shows in general. There are dozens of different camera users, so it's all part of giving you a look inside a jail. Also think about it; you can tell alot about a person looking at their feet. Hygiene, cleanliness, general grooming habits.
