I’m excited you are visiting Cut. It’s my favorite restaurant in Vegas. I love the classic steakhouse items with an Asian twist. Next time try the bread board, wagyu skewers and the loup de mer. Expensive place but the quality is top notch. They have a great bourbon selection as well.

Thanks for making the video Shin. I’ve been here before. The kung pao cauliflower was the best thing I had. The drinks were also really good as well. I didn’t like the preparation of the steak as it was really overpowering and salty, and I couldn’t appreciate the natural flavor of the beef. That’s what I typically look for in a steakhouse. Seeing that you have such rave reviews of this place makes me wonder if they had an off night when I was there, and maybe worth another shot. I’m going to be in Vegas in October and am looking forward to trying T-Bones at Redrock Casino.

Good review! About the Wagyu Beef and Kobe: did it feel like more fat vs USDA prime or just softer without the disadvantage of tasting more like fat? Love your channel, keep it up!

It's more fatty than USDA prime for sure, but the fat is so evenly distributed through the meat that it's more rich but not concentrated if that makes sense. And it's much much softer than prime beef. Thanks for watching!

I don't want to sound pretentious when I say this but it'll still probably come off that way lol. The price of dishes has absolutely nothing to do with how I order for videos. I just try and think about what would be most useful and informative to the most number of potential diners. For this video specifically though, after I went to see the meat in the locker, the Australian wagyu just called out to me saying, "Shin, pick me!!" And I couldn't refuse lol. It just looked so good and the marbling was extraordinary. Thanks for watching!

It was expensive but my most expensive video to date was over $2000 if I remember correctly at Fontainebleau's Papi Steak. Peter Luger was like $900 I think also. And others that are not immediately coming to mind so not the most expensive but definitely a pricey restaurant. Thanks for watching!

CUT, Bazaar Meats, and Mother Wolf take my current top 3 restaurants on the strip. Honorable mention would be Kyu at Fontainebleau. I think that restaurant is underrated. @Resmith18SR take a subject that you really love and are passionate about, and invest 30+ hours a week on top of your full time day job to learn how to edit video, research audio settings, story telling, and becoming engaging on camera while adapting your videos and information based on constructive feedback from your viewers. Do that for several years losing money the whole time, and maybe at the end you get some success. If you do find success however, be prepared to have everyone call you lucky and elitist while completely ignoring the time, effort and sacrifice you put in to get there. Good luck!

Wow! I am definitely going to Cut asap. I had Cut in Beverly Hills over 10 years ago but the menu is completely different. On a side note, if you enjoy boba drinks please drop by Sunright Tea Studio in Chinatown or Southwest for a drink :)
