Hey Lucie! I love all of your vlogs and you have been such a source of inspiration for me! You always do such an amazing job! Your garden is so adorable and yes it really can be like an experiment sometimes. Especially if you use compost. Lol my boyfriend and I have been gardening and composting together for a while. We actually have a random tomato plant that sprouted from a tomato we must have added to our compost pile. Something about eating food from your own garden makes it so much better tasting. It's that sweet hint of pride in every bite haha. Btw your cat Missy is adorable!! Black cats that come to your house on their own valision are sign of good luck and prosperity!! I found this out because I too have a black cat that came to our house and is now a part of our family.

Where I live (on the Isle of Wight in south England) during lockdown we have created a community called Green Island Veg Economy (G.I.V.E). People leave their spare seedlings, plants and seeds outside their houses on little stations, they post to the Facebook Group when they are available, and folks come and collect them. It's entirely money free and for everyone. The Facebook page has also become a source of learning. The experienced gardeners give advice to the newbies. Literally hundreds of people where I live have transformed their gardens, which were mostly just grass, into amazing productive spaces. It has supported many folks through lockdown and boosted mental and physical health across the island!

No way!!! We planted a garden a while ago, and our squash and cukes are ready, as well as radishes!!! We are still waiting on lots of others tho, +a pineapple!!!! Ur such an inspiration. Thanks for the positivity

We usually tend to it each morning but maybe spend 1 day doing more intense maintenance like repotting or cleaning, etc.

I actually think the tomatoes need a little more space 🍅 Maybe try having one plant in each pot next time 😊 Every one of them needs a space with about 40 litres (10.5 gallons) of soil! That way you’ll get the best results and big, healthy plants with lots of fruit 🥰

YES!!! One of the best ways to encourage a lifestyle shift with people who are hesitant to change (maybe a barrier is lack of knowledge or thinking it will be too much work to implement) is to set it up for them and help them get going! Of course this is not the principle of "teach a person to fish and you'll feed them for a lifetime" but you've gotta start somewhere x) Great job encouraging your parents to life more healthily Lucie
