@@naomiblack21 We got the name from the Cross River, Ukong Ubong. South west to the rescue. We are same people from Indian to Manyu to the coast of Fako. Too many similarities with them in our cuisine

Wooooow so straight forward. I even thought cooking vegetable soup was rock science but you have made it look so easy. I'll definitely attempt this now. My wife is too tired to cook dont want the vegetables to change taste. i search for vegetabIe soup and you appeared. I made a mistake didn't put enough Palm oil or the ugu was too much. I just added more oil left for 10min on low heat it still test nice. Thanks for this video

Thank you so much for making this soup look so easy and simple to make...I am a yoruba woman but I love cooking soups from other pasts of Nigeria and you have helped me alot over the years considering I am not based in Nigeria. My family always loved it when I make various soups other than our yoruba usual delicacies. Thank you once again and God bless you. The soup looks delicious and yummy 😋. Now I am looking for swallow to eat this beautiful and soup at work all because of Flo. Thank you for sharing. Great video as always. That would be so cool. Oh how I have missed Nigeria. God willing I will be there this Christmas with my family since my wife graduates in a few days! Thank you.
