A Pineapple
A Bowl of Overnight Rice
Long Beans
Carrot
King Oyster Mushroom
Yellow Ginger (1 inch long)
Old Ginger (1 inch long)
Curry Powder 1tsp
Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Mushroom Seasoning (1/2 tsp)
Cashew Nuts
Soya Sauce
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
Raisins
Coriander
[Steps]
Prepare seasoning
*Curry Powder 1tsp
*Pepper (to taste)
*Salt (to taste)
*Sugar (to taste)
*Mushroom Seasoning (1/2 tsp)
Hollow out the pineapple and cut the pineapple meat into pieces
Dice Long beans, carrots, king oyster mushroom
Chop coriander
Chop yellow ginger and old ginger
Heat up the wok and add about 5 tablespoons of oil
Fry the cashew nuts first, scoop them up and set aside
Stir-fry king oyster mushrooms for 2 minutes, add green beans and carrots, scoop up and set aside
Fry yellow ginger and old ginger, then add the overnight rice

Put back the pineapple and other ingredients and flip the rice
