I'm doing a bold guess that "some oil" comes from olives which does not complement the asian flavour profile going on Also don't constantly move your vegetables around or they can't get browning and will just get cooked. Sauce and watery noodles went in way too early, after that they have no chance to caramellize unless you add another 5 minutes on super high heat (not recommended). End result loooked soggy and mushy, no caramellization of soy sauce or veg at all ps: I know you want to sell more pans but stop telling people to use metal on nonstick

Or may be any white guys who want to try this recipe, please think twice and read my comment before you recreate the dish give me likes if you approved it. 😊😅😅😅 1. You can make the noodle stir fried with veggies sure. 2. Choose your ingredients wisely Because from 0:50, i cried - 0:41 cut your mushroom thin! That shape is unpleasant! You can stirfried the mushroom first it is okay - 1:00 no body eat sugar snap peas on noodle. The (how can i explain this) the pea on the sugarsnap peas are unpleasant and the way he cut it is terrible. In asia, that vegetable is for vegies stir fry, without noodle. not supposed to add into noodle dish - 1:10 carrot : i nearly got an heart attack when i saw how he peel the carrott! No need to peel the carrot and trying too hard to look fancy but fail. He has Michelin star restaurant but couldnt julienne a carrot?? Please julienne your carrot i cant imagine myself to eat that big piece of carrot to my mouth. - 1:30 very little person use brocolli, but if you want to humor yourself, you should cut the the broccoli smaller, and let the stem be chopped dice size. But better skip brocolli. The size is not proper - 1:36 is correct. But not to put on sauce. Put them with veggies. - green pepper or red pepper or yellow pepper is okay to use, to add color -another option of veggies : pokchoy, cabbage, or chinese cabbage. Chop them thin - 1:51 i believe 5 min cook is too long, he put the noodle into a boiling water. 3 minutes is okay. The noodle will soggy if you precooked it in 5 mins 1:58 Garlic okay but ginger is too much, it can taste like medicine. Soysauce okay. 2:13 NO NEED LIME to put on the sauce mix, because the heat will make the acidity bland and goes away!!!, if you cant help yourself and want some taste of lime freshness, please do put the lime after you serve the dish! - optional: you can add white or brown sugar around half teaspoon to the sauce mix. You can skip the sugar, or reduce the amount. Add MSG little but if you choose to skip it, its okay -OH MY GOD *inhale-exhale* even grating the limeskin is not necessary! I just realized it and, trust me his sauce taste like medicine! The limeskin bite will taste very bitter!! - jamie didnt use onion /or shallot and it is a sin. Please dice some onion How to cook. -2:26 at this time, you should put garlic and onion, and the white part of spring onion. So it should be heat your pan, add oil and SAUTEE YOUR ONION FIRST THEN ADD CHOPPED GARLIC, until it releaeassd its aroma in low to medium heat. Dont BURN the GARLIC! then IT Is better to put the chillies at this step before your veggies, to release the pepperiness(pardon my language) of your noodle. Then after around 10 seconds add all of your veggies: start from the biggest and the longer cooking : brocolli, saute it, then put carrot, , after it halfway cooked, add the rest of your veggies. And the cooked mushroom When putting your veggies, make sure you turn the heat a little bit more medium heat. Stir fry the veggies until cooked. Then add your precooked noodle, stir it, then pour your sauce, turn the stove to high heat, then stir them / toss them quite fast, , then add seasoning, . Taste your dish, after the seasoning correct, grab your plate, dont turn off the heat while your pan is on the stove, please turn off when your pan is out from the stove. Serve your dish. - 3:25 cashew... Well it is not necessary, unless if you badly need protein and youre vegan. It is just not make sense. I think fried tofu is better or just fried egg. 😅 lol. - 3:59 SKIP the coriander not every asian thing has corriander! Corriander supposed to add to a very fatty and oily creamy dish!!!! fried shallot (or shrimp crackers, or both) is better option - mostly asian put pickled cucumber (the asian version, not the western version) just dice your cucumber (without the seed) add dash of vinegar, sugar, and salt, put on refirgerator for min. 1 hour. And it is refreshing. You can replace vinegar with LIME JUICE!!! This is where the lime juice work! When you put a lime juice on the heat, the heat will evaporate the lime juice! - you can pour a little bit / dash lime juice on the dish (that has been plated) mixed well to the dish. It is optional and a personal preference. You can skip it if you dont like . Usually, This is my hack when i put too much oil hehe - eat your noodle with spoon and fork please. Hehe. Tip. Stir noodle without oil is not good. Even if you use your nonstick pan. Oil is useful to extract the flavor of garlic and onion to the dish, the garlic on the sauce mix is undercooked and taste raw. Use bland oil, like veg oil, canola, or other 3:16 NO NEED to put chilli, cashew and eggs like that! Without OIL!!!! If you are scared of oil very much like a ghost, just dry fried the egg . Chilli is supposed to put on the noodle. If you scared of the chilli, just dont bite it! Sorry for the bad english. Hope my tip helps.!!! Give me your likes if you approve my comment!
