True the vegan food isn't plant based/organic from God, btw that's what it means, plant based is not related to no man made gmo lab seed thrown back in nature getting sold off as plant based, they should be giving these things GMO labels just like the rest of the world

Aw man. I just restarted my alkaline journey. I had to quit bcuz I couldn't find any meal recipes or chefs who could prepare alkaline meal that looks AND TASTE like the former foods that I love so much. I came across a few chefs but they were half stepping, blending alkaline foods with foods that are hybrid, starched and acidic based and animals. Avoiding Dr Sebi's guide. Thanks bro for making this video. Now this journey will be easier than I thought.

This tasted just like a regular scramble. The cayenne was a little bit too much as I don't like hot nor spicy. But everything else was 100%. I ended up making a scramble because my nonstick pan got stuck. I tried adding oil to the mix and it didn't help. I guess I need a ceramic pan like the one you have to make it like an omelet. Love your page!

If you guys don’t have the nut cheese on hand, try to mash up an avocado until creamy and season with salt, garlic powder, pepper and add it on top of the omelette or sandwich it in. It will give the omelette a nice moist texture. Also I did find it difficult to flip the whole omelette with a spatula, so instead before flipping, cut the omelette with the edges of the spatula and flip the two halves individually. Other than that, this recipe is amazing! I can literally eat it everyday 😁

I think that once the omelette has finished cooking on one side, slide it raw side up on to a plate and the place the frying pan on top and flip it. Just like we do cornbread.

If flipping it over is too hard use a plate ontop of the pan and then flip the pan quick but carefully, and avoid oil getting onto yourself, the omelet should be on the plate and now you can slide it back in the pan on the uncooked side. Bless.
