Veggie Paji Thalipeeth is a combination of different grains Jowar, Bajra, Chana, Moong, Urad dal, jeera, chilli powder and onions with green chillies and made without rolling. Very healthy food eaten with pickle, garlic chutney, curd and butter

its the best place for thali and lunch in Pune. I ate there many times. Let me just tell you, how kadhi is made at my home: Basically we just boil that buttermilk and besan mixture in normal steel utensil, and rest of the process is done is earthen pot. All those spices are mixed with solid ghee (spicy ghee modak) and a red hot palm size stone is kept at bottom in earthen pot. On that, this spicy ghee modak is kept which starts smoking under lid. And then after 2 mins, liquid is poured and it boils like hell with those spices. Kadhi ka baat nikla to just bata diya food channel hai to... ;)
