True but I think it's a given in her case. At the end of Vegucated, it states that she stayed vegan after the film and both Debbie and Tesla have stated that they are vegetarian which makes me think that if Ellen was also vegetarian, she would've been filmed saying that. I know, circumstantial evidence! :P

I don’t believe she is-the fact that she avoids saying very much about it says a lot. She talks a lot about her work and family life but very little about what she eats. It’s really too bad. I thought she would be the most likely one to stick with it and incorporate it more into her comedy routine. She says she keeps soy milk in the house for Debbie.

Vegetarians are such hypocrites. It's better than being a meat eater but I feel like once someone is educated on the meat and dairy industry, how can they not be vegan.

Some people can't quit cold tofurkey. I'm vegetarian myself and I really want to go but I'm 16, in search of a job, waiting for my dad to help me get my permit, and my family doesn't come from money nor will they go vegetarian/or vegan so groceries would be more expensive than if we all went vegetarian/or vegan. So, there are reasons people can't just go vegan. I have a plan for whenever I move out; I'll have a job so it'll be easier to just shop for myself and I'll be vegan. But for now, I'm taking the step towards veganism by going vegetarian. Really, we're not hypocrites, just in the process of becoming vegan and while not all vegetarians/vegans are like that, most vegans have once been vegetarian in their life.

I am so sorry Ellen to hear about the passing of your parents...My sincere condolences....There are no words. I lost my father on Easter Sunday, 2015, my only sibling in a car accident in November 2015 and my blessed Mother died in my arms just a few days before Christmas in 2015. It was. Ore than I could handle. ! I never got married and was unable to have children so I am really all alone. So very proud of you Ellen for going vegan 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I hated meat from the time I was born and I had this profound knowledge of animal cruelty so early on in my life. Of course when I got older I went to a slaughterhouse at the age of 12 and I knew that I had followed my heart since I was a child. Take good care of yourself and your family! Victoria 💖

I am disappointed in Tesla! She is all talk and a weak person. How can she witness such animal cruelty and still eat dairy, fish, chicken. I have a feeling she was cheating during the documentary....I could see it in her eyes! Shame.....sad for the innocent animals that are slaughtered in her name as well as all the meat eaters.
