LT1 is just better stock for stock though in terms of total power and pulling through the most amount of rpm band. Went from a C7 to a 5.0 and the difference in low end torque is laughable. The 5.0 likes to rev and Ford did it a major disservice putting such tall gears in the manual. You literally can't use the power band at all without breaking the speed limit compared to the SS / C7 / SRT where there's torque available as low as 2k rpm so the cars actually feels fast 100% of the time. Such a shame because once you get past 4.5k the 5.0 just sings and becomes an amazing engine but its just so damn sleepy at normal driving speeds it's really unfortunate

The 305 and 315 tires in the front and back respectively is similar to the S550 GT500. The only difference is that car is on 20" wheels instead of 19" wheels.

Ah, Ford. Never change with your inability to make good cost-cut interiors. The Koreans and Japanese have you beat there. I'll tell you what though. This generation Mustang feels wonderful to drive. The handling is just incredibly good, which I guess isn't too shocking but there are still people that don't realize that modern-day Mustangs are dialed-in sports cars and not straight-line muscle cars like they used to be.

sounds good anyways, love the stick shift, you can keep your 10sp auto and paddle shifter, you want to drive the car get a stick with a foot clutch pedal, let the scardie cats keep the automatics. adjust the clutch pedal so it catches just 1 or 2 inches from the floor so all you need to do is plant your heel and use your toe to press clutch, thats how i set up my mustang. order it with a heavy-duty kevlar triple racing clutch. and you wont need to replace it for 10-15 years

How many consumers really want to spend that $$ for what is more of a "track" car than a great powered daily driver? Suspension stiff/the ride sucks on normal roads, and it's pretty harsh and useless, unless you can "high" rev the engine on a good flat road. It is kind of amazing all these manufacturers are making cars with super HP now but it is meant for the track? Most of your buyers will NEVER go the track! LOL How about producing amazing cars meant to be daily drivers? You are not Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc.. that only make a few 1000 cars a year.

That screen is hideous and will age horribly. It's like they made no attempt to harmonize the shape of the screen with the lines of the dashboard.
