​@redblue40rc33 You can turn it off. Just push the button each time you start the vehicle. All modern new vehicles have this feature. Honda/ Acura is easy just push disable button when you start the vehicle and the vehicle won't turn off at stoplight ect. People make to much out of this.

No, you can gain access on the driver or passenger side.
