I just got this for Christmas. I've been using it with my laptop running Windows 10 and medibang paint pro. So far it's been working great and no issues of pen sensitivity cutting out. I hope it continues to work well since I'm enjoying creating with it. Thanks for your review.

Thanks Teoh! Honest review and gorgeous device! Windows drivers are not as optimized as Mac's. In my personal case, I am interested in its Linux abilities... Not sure that it will work on linux.

I am totally new to the world of graphics tables and am still trying to understand the basics by watching these U Tube videos and yours has been the most informative so far. Thank you very much for that, but I have a question before I purchase, and that is Can I use this tablet with MS Paint on Windows 10. I've noted what you and others have said about pen sensitivity on 10 but is this combination viable? I may be asking a silly question for all I know but as I was born many decades before the computer age I'm still struggling to understand this Brave New World. Yours R S

It should work with MS Paint. But there are better drawing software out there. Free ones include Krita and Medibang Paint Pro.

Thanks for the reassurance that I'm not buying anything incompatible, that is of great help to me. As this is just the starting point I will bear in mind your comments about the availability of better software when I have a greater understanding of what I want the programme to do for me. Hey have you tried the CTL 4100 from Wacom Intuos and the H640P? Which one would you prefer? I'm trying to buy one to get into art, the ctl 4100 has 4k pen pressure, costs more but h640p has 8k but costs less? Why is that and which one should I buy?

I'm using this with Krita and it is really inaccurate. I got decent pc specs but I'm still getting lag with a jumpy cursor. I also need to keep the nib extremely close to the surface to register cursor movement so im clicking this by mistake constantly. I dunno

It should be able to hover at 1cm. Try Medibang Paint Pro to see if it is working. Maybe the tablet is not compatible with Krita.

WARNING!!! THIS TABLET DOES NOT PERFORM WELL ON WINDOWS: Disclaimer: I'm a Windows user and Teoh reviewed the tablet on iOS. I'm not disputing Teoh's fine review. Received the tablet today. Big disappointment. After installing the driver as instructed and trying the tablet on several programs, could never get any pen pressure,....lines were jagged and it just performed poorly on all levels. I guess I will try to dump it on EBay as quickly as possible.

Good luck trying to return it too. Gearbest has a policy that states...only items that are unopened can be returned "unless deemed defective". Here's the thing,...there may be some convoluted way to manipulate the driver settings to get it to "possibly" work based on registry alterations etc...but I personally did not like the feel of the tablet and pen. I also was disappointed in the performance in regards to the buttons and shortcuts on the unit. But HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF I LIKE IT without OPENING IT AND USING IT????? Crazy!!! So basically I'm stuck with it.

@@ToddDolce I managed to solve the problem, and the tablet is perfect for me, it is an excellent product, but the installation steps described in the manual are not adequate. 1. Uninstall the Veikk drivers and driver package. 2. Before connecting the tablet, download the drivers from the manufacturer's website and install them. 3. After the drivers are installed, connect the tablet and let it install what is missing. 4. To enjoy an excellent product, I'm a photographer and the truth is super good.

i have this tablet and i am using it on windows 10 and i lose pressure sensitivity all the time, i find i have to either unplug from the USB and plug it back or switch USB outlets to get it working again, very annoying, other than that it is an amazing tablet for the price.
