I made these pork chops tonight for dinner. Followed right along with you and they turned out perfect. Juicy and tender and so much flavor. I caramelized some onions to go with them and pored off the oil and deglazed the frying pan with the onions for more flavor. The chops had more flavor than when I brine them. My only way to cook chops from now on. Thank you for making the process easy.

Don’t overcook. The basting with the spoon helps keep it moist. Boneless chops will dry out quicker than bone-in chops. Hope this helps.

Man ..I got some marinating now. As crazy as it sounds. I got em in with some orange juice, lime juice, pickle juice, beer, olive oil ,and a shit ton if that Goya seasoning ...put em in just a few ago. They were partly froze but they sittin in that cold marinade covered on the table. Should be about 6 before I put em on. It's 11 30 now. Garlic ,butter ,and some olive oil is what I'll fry em in. After drying them off and seasoning again with that Goya and black pepper. Hopefully it turns out OK lol. That weird sounding marinade will tenderize it as it's coming up to room temp. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one lol. Now all I need is some good ol can beans, greens, macaroni, and garlic bread and that's gonna be a plate lol

I was a little dubious at the start but as soon as you said...."Lay off the salt on that meat"..... I tuned in...... So many folk ruin steak & chops etc by over salting right at the beginning: The salt always extracts the juices from the meat...every time.... I don't get it! Why do that? The whole idea of "searing" is to prevent the juices escaping! But if you have salted the meat before searing....that becomes impossible. We are supposed to be cutting down (drastically in some countries) on salt....yet video after video, there is this obsession with layering raw meat with salt..... For heavens sake: we are not going on an ocean voyage in the 19th century! It only has to last half an hour....not months! Here, where I live, they do it unmercifully, on perfectly good food on the BBQ.... It drives me crazy man! They just end up with leatherised meat that was once tasty & succulent....ruined! (Mushrooms is the only food I fry cook with a little salt...to extract the water from them.... otherwise they end up boiled in their own juices!.... not fried mushrooms at all.) I'd got a couple of chops out earlier, for tomorrow.... I will do them Your Way. "I'll Be Back." (as someone once said.....) Cheers.

Thanks for putting your time and knowledge into this video, but right from the start - the first thing I noticed was how dirty your fingernails are. There appears to be black dirt clearly visible.🤢 For a cooking tutorial, this is a very bad look for you. For future vids, PLEASE clean that up. Viewers can then focus on your instructions, instead of all that nail filth. Thanks...
