Technically, Ramiris can make Terrain effects, but the mana consumption is too high and Ramiris doesn't have that high magicule count to begin with. Not to mention, the labyrinth is already 100 floors. Maintaining all that while keeping the terrain effects is impossible.

Yeah man... This show is lit..... I feel like we are building to a war.. With rimuru and his allies in the South and west vs some unknown foe trying to plot something ... But he is already so powerful.. So are there "evil" people stronger even than him... I guess we'll see.. I hope we get something like that
