You will know all your tricks and moves inside and out which allows you to trick 'blind' half the time. By only paying visual attention to your 'spot' (the predetermined place you quickly turn your head to every time you perform a trick) you will only have brief moments during which you actually look at something, and you know what to expect what you're going to see. This delays the dizzyness, but you still get dizzy when you keep on spinning and flipping for too long :).
