You know what's kind of irritating in my opinion? They were trying to play Velma off like she's the hero we're supposed to be rooting for in the moment leading up to Scrappy killing her. They tried to pull at our heart strings by making Velma be the one to stay behind when the guy coming in with the helicopter clearly stated that he was there to save her ass and a missile was on the way. I repeat. A MISSILE. It doesn't take a brain scientist to communicate to a horrified victim in a horror or scifi movie trying to escape a ferocious killing machine that missiles have a greater chance of killing said forces and that when escape is presented to you, YOU TAKE IT! That doesn't make you a coward. That makes you a person with common sense. Velma's insult to Scrappy "never going to ruin Saturday morning cartoons" was so laughable in a bad way, I felt like laughing along side Scrappy when he joked about Velma "laughing him to death"
