One of the best things about the Attrition Orbs roll is that a single shot in a damage rotation on a boss will keep you fully charged for the entire fight. No longer do we need to loadout swap to save charges, because charges are now on demand.

You guys do know that Attrition Orbs only creates a small orb right? Like it doesnt give much super back compared to a normal one even when enhanced. AO+Kinetic tremors Multimach goes hard and generates just as much, if not more Attrition orbs. This is a special GL. Im not saying Bungie wont nerf it (because they dont play their own game and dont know what game balance is) but theres absolutey 0 reason to because it fundamentally doesn’t do anything you couldn’t already do, just a bit easier because youre leaving a wide pool.

I know theyre doing double drops soon, but if you find someone to cheese first encounter with (one person holds cp, the other flies thru to second encounter) you will get a drop every 2-3 minutes! We did it for 3 hours last night and while I did get a lot more armor than i wanted, I started getting Velocity Batons and ended up with 4 god rolls

Under-Over with Adagio is incredible, the damage you put out with this thing is crazy. That should 100% be the roll anyone goes for if you want this purely for ad control and damage. Even yellow bars in most content get melted with this combo, try it!

Dont sleep on high ground as a damge perk. It pretty much stays at max stacks of high ground without even being above anything. I have a demo/HG, it slaps hard. Im also having so much fun with a specific exotic class item roll for hunters with the Baton. Spirit of inmost/gyrfalcons with a replusor brace/attrition orb baton. You dont even need demo because your grenade stays full with devour and the hunters dodge perks!

Unrelenting x Destabilising Rounds is just 👌👌👌 on this monster! Anything that gets tagged by Destabilising gives you the progress needed for kills to get Unrelenting healing. Which works great with perks like Controlled Demolition!

High Ground isn't that bad either. Sure it's not as large of a damage buff but as the pool lingers you can move to a higher elevation and the moment you hit that elevation it procs x3, if it didn't already get kills to ramp up to it. Also Unrelenting is another great pair with something like Destabilizing. Rapid kills giving the large boost of health regen comes in clutch more often than not.

reverberation DOES actually do something (at least, it’s supposed to anyway) it increases the size of the pools in your next shot. I don’t have the gun with this perk so I don’t know if it actually does that, but that’s what it did on lost signal

It doesn't. All Reverberation does is gives 100 Blast Radius. Area Denials already have a max 100 and even when you reduce it the pool does not change in size one bit. It could be something to hold onto though as they could do what they did with Wave Frames to eventually tune Blast Radius to have a function and then make their base BR 50 like with the Wave frames (new 50 is the old 100)

I have one with Unrelenting / Attrition Orbs and it slaps. Orb generating machine with lifegain on top of it keeps my Stasislock topped off keeps me tossing Bleak Domains. Devour + this gun is silly powerful.

Reverberation does make the pools larger. It wasn't worth running on Lost Signal as a right side perk but with attrition orbs (maybe paired with gyrfalcons) or destab rounds, on Velocity Baton it actually is pretty good. Mad underrated.

I think that the stat descriptions aren't accurate here. I'm not a tester though. I actually would love to see Legoleflash test it.

Could you imagine an arc version and solar version of this grenade launcher archetype. For an arc I could see that new jolt perk that jolts an enemy from damaging and voltshot would be fun. For solar the incandescent and healcilp but for either you would need a reloader mod on your arm if you went with voltshot or healcilp but at the end of this when we eventually do get a solar, arc, and strand of this archetype hopefully they roll with these perks in their pool

I mean bait and switch wouldn't be that bad if your running a heavy with bait and switch, it's lingering damage. For example, your primary then shooting the area denial then go to edge transit, they nerfed auto loading holster with an extra second so you can switch back to the area denial for 2 seconds and maybe get 2 other shots off then back to edge transit. It's just what I've been doing and it's pretty good.

Attrition Orbs on Multimach with Kinetic Tremors is way better than under over. You create orbs on every enemy and have your super in no time, as well as generate orbs for your fireteam. Depending on your build, you always have increased damage because of the orbs. Attrition Orbs should only be in the 1st column in my opinion.

Easy way to farm this. Get atleast 1 completion of the dungeon. Join a twitch bot holding ice breaker catalyst chest checkpoint. You can enter codes near the chest to focus a particular weapon. Once per character, thats 3 chances per week.

Guys, attrition orbs WILL be nerfed on it. Bows which an roll attrition orbs and are single shot weapons take 3 arrows to make one orbs. Making 2+ orbs from a single shot is not intended and will be nerfed

anti barrier doesn't work with grenade launchers, the explosion is the thing that needs to do damage on them for them to stun, if you direct shoot at it it will bounce and the area an area denial frame covers is not enough to reach the champion if it bounces on the shield, the only type of gl that works with anti barrier is wave frames, but they are EXTREMELY inconsistent

Untrue as I've been using Area GLs for Anti barrier (took off the artifact so radiant could apply anti barrier). The projectile does bounce off but just shoot it at their feet or shoot it before they pop their shield. The pool takes on the properties including any anti champ or perk.

But cross, you alreafy have anti barrier gl, just switch off overload gl artifact and become radiant. That's what I do, tag 2 anarchy shots or lay a pool of lost signal after I time my radiant melee before the barrier is formed and it demolishes barrier champs in onslaught

We have kind of a problem now. This either prevents Attrition Orb from ever getting a significant buff, staying pretty useless in most other weapons, or it will get nerfed specifically because of this weapon, making it even more of a worthless perk for the rest. It's a lose-lose for every weapon but this one.

The lack of ALH is probably what keeps me away the most from this GL. Being able to blow my load and then swap to something else or spam some abilities makes Lost Signal the superior pick for me. Especially on an Inmost Light+Contact Consecration spam Titan.

Icebreaker is not currently farmable. 1 attempt per character each week like it has always been with new dungeons, they become farmable when they enter the weekly rotation.

Unrelenting/High Ground is equally the best combo for ad clear compared to demo/attrition because the orbs from attrition only grant .7-.8% super and doesn't buff DMG.

sucks seeing you skip over slickdraw, this thing is a beast when it comes to stats, and slickdraw only makes it better i use slickdraw + attrition orbs with a reload masterwork. that's my personal perfect roll. 100 blast radius, 100 velocity, 100 handling, 90 reload speed.
