Nice video. Those savox are like 10x better than the factory servo. Traxxas needs a deal with savox like they have with castle. Even if you only do one servo this is a highly suggested upgrade.

I am all in right up until 6:44! Oh my gosh, pulled my hair out. No screw is in the Traxxas kit or comes with the Traxxas Servo. Now waiting for what I hope is the right screw from Traxxas to finish my Merv upgrade. Other than that, good video, I guess.

Dude any short 3mm screw will fit. Any hardware store that has machine screws will save your day.

Jeff Norris to be full honest, i have no idea. The system was already installed when velocity was donated and the esc n motor had a great salt water bath so they dont run that well when i did have the rc running

Do you need a BEC to use 2 savox servos? Have you experienced any brown outs?

no they work fine. just takes some tweaking to stop the servos from fighting

Question bro. I just put one savox servo in my 1/16 revo and the Steering had to be reversed. I seemed to loose TSM feature. Does your TSM work with your savox servo set up.

None of my rcs have TSM all the transmitters are old and i never upgraded them when TSM launched

@@nvl2691 Listening to Traxxas I kept installing diffs one after another and they kept breaking like soft butter Then the big Traxxas scam came one fine day they began charging my credit card for cars I was not purchasing Causing my credit card to block them any and all purchases. But the list of parts you’d have to ask Adam my buddy I gave it to. I forget how many upgrades I put on that thing.
