The pun with the band's name is Kessoku means Unity, so the band's name is Unity band. BUT if you write kessokuband, that's the rubber band for tie cables.

Love this show..and have been lucky enough to have visited many of the real life locations (from UK) used for the show..Including sitting on the same swing Hitori is sitting on when Nijika first finds her...And visiting STARRY..(real name SHELTER) in Shimokitazawa.

The subs you're using is a bit incorrect, though it's not insanely bad. That being said, it did lose out on one of the bigger things. Bocchi's nickname isn't a pun for Hitori botched it, it's actually a pun on the japanese pronunciation for "All Alone" (Hitori Bocchi).

My first thought was it could be closed captions from the English script, but I'm not sure if this show has a dub yet.

@@StarstormVGN It doesn't, and I don't think it is tbh. The show is from Cloverworks, which rarely actually dubs their shows. I mean they only just recently started working on dubbing Bunny Girl Senpai, and that came out 6 years ago.
