The clips you cant get to- would it be possible to use like a 1"-1.25" hole saw through the splitter to have access? Then pick up some rubber body plugs to pop in the holes from underneath when finished? You could use a small drill bit to drill from the clip side down, (so youll have a reference point for drilling the hole saw)- or use blue tape under the clips to mark w/ a sharpie exactly where holes need to go- just a thought. After more thought, I would probably find the rubber body plugs first, (to see whats available) then get the correct size hole saw- I would personally use the hole saw to make a couple holes in scrap plastic/ thin wood just to test fit the plugs before touching the carbon fiber.

Yo nice fit. Looks good.. I wanted to order one but I swap out my front grill so I would need different mounting point for the rods. Can’t wait to see the first oil change with the splitter on.

@LawnboyFanatic3 жыл бұрын
@@joshkurtz7176 yeah I never thought I'd own a Korean car until I went on a test drive, and of course I can't own a car and not modify it haha

So how would the oil change go with the splitter on?
@Scott-cm7no3 жыл бұрын
Love all your Videos boy, but you need some wheels son! Car has to look wider. Maybe some jr11 with toyo proxes r888r like I did, if you need an example. But dont copy :D

Thank you Scott. Christian was thinking at somepoint getting some new wheels.

How's the hood been? Do you feel it helps with venting out the heat and avoiding heat soak?
@LawnboyFanatic3 жыл бұрын
The hood has been great. I haven't noticed any lower temperatures, they are the same in day to day driving. Although, while idling I can see the heat coming out of the vents

Do you like your performance blue color? If you had to choose another color what would you pick
@LawnboyFanatic3 жыл бұрын
Im really glad I got the blue, it looks awesome. If I had to I would choose the red, it looks really good in person, and I really like the black accents

I have the black one and I love it

Seems like a waste of money for something that hasn’t proved to do anything significant to the performance of the car but to add more useless weight.

As I said in the video it's cosmetic, and what is 400 dollars really. I like the way it looks
