Please keep doing these videos! I started Slimming World a few weeks ago, and it's always great to see how other people are doing and get some ideas for new things to try. I've been making the SW chips a lot with regular and sweet potatoes, they're just so good! And chips go with everything!

I really love that denim jacket on you! And I love the galaxy hoodie ahhh!!! I don't have a clue about the slimming world rules BUT i just googled "Healthy extra B oats" and some one made biscuits instead of plain porridge. Maybe you could do something similar or make healthy flap jacks? :D

All your food looks so yummy! 😍 Can't remember if you like or dislike bananas (I know you put them in smoothies) but a way to include your oats would be banana/oat pancakes or try and put some oats in your smoothies if you still drink them. Makes the smoothies more filling as well so that's a nice plus!

I always make hash browns for breakfast instead of bread! I cook Maris piper potatos and grate them with salt pepper and cook them till they are crispy, i know its not the same as bread but can you have them? Alo cauliflower or sweet potato pizzas instead of bread just at loads of seasoning. you must feel so restricted with your food intorolences, your doing so well! Xx

Great idea. And there is a way to turn hash browns into one huge pancake too. Its super simple, all one needs is a non stick frying pan and a lid. Spread the hash browns in a thick even layer on the medium heated frying pan, cover and wait 10 minutes for them to get brown. Once done take a large plate, one that fits over the frying pan like a lid. And with an oven mit or hot pad place it on top of the turned over plate. Take the handle of the frying pan with hand on hot pad while holding down the plate covering the top of the frying pan. And slowly turn over the frying pan while continuing to hold down the plate covering the pan. Once turned over remove the frying pan from the top and place it back on to the stove. With the hot pad and hash browns on the plate slide the uncooked hash brown side back into the frying pan cover and cook for 10 minutes. To save me some time I like to get the frozen shredded hash browns that come in a bag. And I like to eat this with some catsup.

Hi! Was just wondering if you could do a comparison on your experience of weight loss using a personal trainer and the diet plan they gave you versus your experience with slimming world? Obviously I know the circumstances were different because you were unaware of your intolerances but just wondering if one is easier to stick to than the other or if one motivates you more? Lovely food! Can I ask where your friends top and bottoms are from please? Are you able to eat the schar ciabbatas? Or do they have too much yeast? I think there's a way you can make bread type products with oats but I'm not sure how but you could probably find with some searching x

Rach oh yes, you can have a certain amount of nuts /certain dried fruits/stewed fruits. Prunes with yoghurt or quark and choc shot on top is amazing. Also certain brands of tinned soup half a tin is a heb.

You should try baked oats or overnight oats (amazing recipes on pinch of nom) if you didn't always want to use your oats for porridge :)

Just wanted to ask a quick question.., I was told by my doctor that I was lactose intolerant however I’m still suffering with beating etc and I’ve cut out lactose completely. I was thinking of taking the York test that you took but wondered did you do the £25 one first? and then it came back positive so you took the one to see which foods or did you just risk it and go straight to see which foods? Hope that makes sense

Gab you can make porridge without cooking, you can put only oats and milk to fridge and overnight you can have porridge, or milk and oats to microwave and bum :) porridge in 3 min

When you first made the soup you said you put veg stock cube in, after it was made you said chicken. Is it 1 veg and 1 chicken, or is it 2 veg or 2 chicken. Sorry want to get it right looks lish xx

there are these bars you can get if you go to a slimming world meeting they do them in like 5 or 6 different flavours they are only 3 syns and it’s so much better than having a bar of chocolate!!
