This might be the first interview of Noel’s I’ve seen where he’s not really “on” but is speaking more from the heart and being quite pensive and reflective. He’s clearly an intelligent and humble soul, it’s really nice to see.

I feel so happy he has been inspired by the writings of Richard Brautigan whose books are among my favourites. Would love to know which of his books Noel likes the most. I can see why he would be drawn to them or be inspired by them. Feel quite chuffed now!

I would personally say that Noel Fielding is a more attractive version of Jocquaim Phoenix...not the other way around! Whilst you may not say he was conventionally 'attractive' his face (and he himself) have definitely got character. And them cheekbones you could 'cut bread with' do go a long way :D

As a double Gemini, the swivel chair was made for Noel! Glad he mentioned Poirot - I'm in love with the theme tune! Nice relaxed conversation, I imagine he would hardly be stuck for words with anyone...he could go on and on and make the simplest thing sound interesting for hours and hours...I do a similar thing myself...

Is that why Brit comedies take forever to air a new season (series) of a show? cause there's only one or two writers?
@SamHarrisonMusic4 жыл бұрын
I do think he's wrong about that though - the boosh could never have been done by a writing team, the weirdest ideas would have been normalised. American comedy is boring next to this :)
