Ven. Robina Courtin: Roadmap to Happiness

We all want to be happy and avoid suffering. Ven. Robina gives us a roadmap to achieve this goal based on the Lamrim (Stages of the Path) teachings in Tibetan Buddhism.
This roadmap contains all the instructions to attain both temporal happiness and ultimate freedom from suffering. It is a proven method which has been practiced by past great masters to achieve the supreme goal of Buddhahood.
